Gilani Mobility is seeking a Workshop Supervisor who will oversee our production operations and guarantee that they deliver maximum quality at a cost-effective way. Duties will include monitoring employees, organizing workflows, and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Welding expertise is a must.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly work and communicate them to employees
• Manage the workflow by assigning tasks and creating schedules according to project deadlines.
• Guide and coach team by on their production and daily activities.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
• Prepare the draft/layout of the existing project
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning well at all times
• Ensure Technician’s optimum productivity.
• Communicate any and all changes of the vehicle.

• Industry Experience in Vehicle Modifications or Healthcare Products
• Experience in Expanding Distribution Networks
• Sales Management Skills and Business Management Skills
• Strong Presentational Skills and Communication Skills
• Local and Interstate Travel Required
• Experience in Marketing and Product Launches
• Able to Meet Sales Targets and KPI’s

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience of working as a Workshop/factory Supervisor or other similar position
• Must have profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (welding, grinders, painting and other machinery tools)
• Experience working on vehicles (repairing or modifying)
• Good practical experience with MS Office for the reports and layouts.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
