Steps for Safe Use
- Stand with the bench touching the back of your legs, stable yourself by use of hand holds on a bench or grab bars on the wall, and sit in a slow controlled manner. Don’t “flop” down on the seat.
- Scoot back as far as you can with both legs still outside the tub.
- Lift one leg at a time over the edge of the tub. Your assistant can help you.
- Position yourself so that you’re seated, comfortably, all the way in the tub and you’re ready for your shower.
- Do not turn the Tap on or use the transfer chair wet in the shower or bathtub as it is an electrical item and can harm you if it gets wet and you are sitting on it.
- After you are finished with your shower, dry your feet to prevent slipping and simply repeat the process in reverse.

- Insert the backrest into the pedestal spindle, power on the machine, then you can adjust the height with the Up and Down buttons.
- Press the Up and Down buttons to adjust the seat to the appropriate height and release it to stop. It will stop automatically when the machine reaches the highest or the lowest points even if the button is not released.
- For the sake of safety, this product is designed with low voltage power supply.

- After using this product for a period of time, check whether the screws of each part are loose. If there is any loosening, tighten it in time.

Bought a Kia Carnival with the G24 wheelchair access conversion for my father a few months ago and honestly its made a huge difference for our family. Getting him in and out of the vehicle is so much easier now and travelling around the UAE has become much less stressfull.
The team was really helpful from the first visit till delivery. They answered all our questions and didnt try to push us into anything. Everything was explained properly and the handover went smoothly.
My father is very happy with it and thats what matters most to us. There was a small thing I needed clarification on after delivery but they got back to me quickly and sorted it out.
Overall very pleased with both the vehicle and the service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
